Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Subscriber," "you," or "your") and Business Bullet LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the SCOUT platform, including our website, SMS-based services, and all related features.

By subscribing to SCOUT or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

SCOUT is a text-based AI business partner designed for local service businesses. The platform provides:

• AI-powered business coaching and actionable insights delivered via SMS
• Phone call analysis with sales performance scoring and coaching feedback
• Lead management and follow-up reminders
• Google Ads campaign monitoring and optimization recommendations
• Daily business tips, strategy suggestions, and growth guidance

SCOUT is delivered primarily through SMS text messaging to your registered phone number. Additional features may be accessible through our web interface.

Pricing

SCOUT is offered as a monthly subscription at $297 per month. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

Billing

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. All payments are processed securely through Stripe and are subject to Stripe's terms of service.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by texting "CANCEL" to SCOUT or by contacting us via email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. If you are not satisfied within the first 14 days, contact us for a full refund. After the 14-day period, all fees are non-refundable.

By subscribing to SCOUT, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated text messages at the phone number you provide. This consent is not a condition of any purchase, though SMS is the primary delivery channel for SCOUT services.

• Message frequency: Varies based on usage; typically 5–20 messages per day
• Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and plan
• Opt-out: Text STOP at any time to stop receiving messages
• Opt-in: Text START to resume messages after opting out
• Help: Text HELP for assistance

Opting out of SMS messages will effectively pause your SCOUT service. Your subscription will remain active, but you will not receive coaching or insights until you opt back in.

Supported carriers include but are not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and Sprint. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

As a SCOUT subscriber, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account and phone number
• Use SCOUT solely for lawful business purposes
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute SCOUT's AI models or proprietary content
• Not use SCOUT to send spam, harass others, or engage in fraudulent activity
• Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws

If you enable call analysis features, SCOUT may access recordings of your business phone calls for the purpose of providing sales coaching and performance feedback. By enabling this feature, you represent and warrant that:

• You have obtained all necessary consents for call recording as required by applicable law
• You comply with all federal and state wiretapping and recording laws, including two-party consent states where applicable
• You will inform callers that calls may be recorded and analyzed

We are not responsible for ensuring your compliance with call recording laws. Call recordings are processed for analysis and retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

SCOUT uses artificial intelligence to generate business coaching, insights, and recommendations. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated advice is for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional business, financial, legal, or tax advice
• You are solely responsible for all business decisions you make based on SCOUT's recommendations
• AI outputs may occasionally contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate suggestions
• SCOUT is a tool to assist your decision-making, not a replacement for professional judgment

All content, features, and functionality of SCOUT — including but not limited to the AI models, coaching frameworks, text content, graphics, logos, and software — are the exclusive property of Business Bullet LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use SCOUT for your personal business purposes during your subscription period.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Business Bullet LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of SCOUT.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your use of SCOUT shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

SCOUT is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to SCOUT at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms
• Non-payment of subscription fees
• Abusive or fraudulent use of the service
• Upon your request to cancel

Upon termination, your right to use SCOUT ceases immediately. We may retain your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of SCOUT shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Colorado.

You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit related to your use of SCOUT.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via SMS or by posting updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of SCOUT after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
